ABOUT BETHANY
I grew up on Sailor Moon, Xena, Buffy, Alias, and every other 90s and 2000s heroine who fought, fell in love, and refused to be saved. I never really got over it. By the time I was old enough to hold a pen, I was already writing my own versions of them: girls who loved fiercely, broke rules, and lived with the consequences. That’s the thread running through everything I write – stories that leave scars, that make you question everything you thought you knew about right and wrong, and that show how our choices shape who we become. My stories are about the beauty in brokenness and why being overlooked can make you unstoppable.
When I’m not writing my own stories of brokenness and resilience, you’ll find me chasing real adventures: photographing polar bears in Manitoba, going on African safaris, or exploring remote corners of the world that feel almost magical.
